Redley Landers – Unfortunately, I got fooled by the good reputation that Canon has earned when it comes to good quality printing. To be honest, I've had better experiences with inkjet printers than I've had with this laser.

Sheldon Dean – I wanted a multi-function device that would help save room in my office at work.  Even though I knew this printer looked a bit large in the store, it was much worse when I actually tried to set it up.  A big disappointment in terms of footprint.
 
Recommendations

For the most part, we feel that the Canon ImageCLASS D480 is durable enough to withstand a production environment as well as a home office. That said, if you are expecting the Canon ImageCLASS D480 to produce good quality printing, you might be a bit disappointed.  You should at least try to get a sample printout, and then compare that to other Canon laser printer models before you make a final decision.
