Return Policy - Printer Toner, Ink Cartriges, and More
Product Return & Warranty Guidelines
The following return policies and procedures have been established for all Ink Oasis orders. If you have received incorrect items or need to return an item(s), please contact us for a Return Authorization # before sending the item(s) back. If a Return Authorization is not established for the item(s) being returned, the return may be refused. If the product you received contains a prepaid mailer DO NOT use it to send products back to us. These mailers are for empty cartridge recycling only and they are not returned to us. Therefore no refunds or replacements will be issued for cartridges returned using these mailers.
- Unopened cartridges may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price or used as credit towards an exchange.
- Only items determined to be in RE-SELLABLE CONDITION will be credited. DO NOT WRITE, MARK, MUTILATE OR PLACE LABEL directly on the manufacturer's box or package as this affects its RE-SELLABLE CONDITION.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers who are returning product(s) and received free shipping on their order will have the actual shipping costs, which were incurred by us, deducted from their refund. This only applies to orders that are returned in their entirety and to partial returns if the items being returned take the order total below $75. $75 is the qualifier for free shipping.
- Compatible and Remanufactured Products
Non-Defective opened cartridges are not returnable.
Opened defective compatible and remanufactured products may be returned within 180 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
If you choose the replacement option we will ship them in advance of your return being received. The cost of the replacement will show as an open balance on your account with us. If we do not receive your return within 2 weeks the replacement cost will be charged to your credit card. Orders that were originally paid by PayPal, Check or Money Order do not qualify for the advance replacement option. If you originally paid by PayPal, Check or Money Order and would like a replacement then you must return the defective first or pay for the replacement before they will be shipped. Once the defective cartridges are received a refund will be issued back to you in the same manner in which we received your payment.
Upon return and inspection of the product a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued if the item is found to be defective. Compatible and remanufactured products being returned as defective must be at least 70% filled in order to be accepted for a refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable and may be assessed if your entire original purchase is returned, qualified for free shipping, and is being returned for reasons not pertaining to a warranty issue.
- Genuine / Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges
Genuine / Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. All warranty issues concerning this type of product must be handled directly with the manufacturer not Ink Oasis. If you have a defective item, refer to the warranty information enclosed with the product or contact the manufacturer directly to verify their warranty guidelines and procedures.
We do not accept returns of opened Genuine / OEM cartridges.
Shipping Errors and DamagesShipments should be opened immediately upon receipt and inspected for damage, completeness and accuracy. Any damage, missing or incorrect product, or other errors must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt. We assume no responsibility after 15 days following receipt.
